Did your contract start after 1/1/2023 and is it active for more than 12 months:

The final settlement is invoiced to the employer, who can then pass it on to the employee e.g. via outstanding holidays or 13th month.
Unfortunately, Private Lease is not an option and only the above options are available to terminate the lease contract before its end date.
As soon as your lease contract is terminated, your service & insurance also stops. From this date, you are no longer insured against damage or theft. You can also no longer have maintenance carried out. We recommend insuring your own bike and maintaining it properly for years of cycling pleasure.
When the lease is terminated, the costs can only be settled with the employee as a net cost. It is no longer possible to offset it against the gross salary because the tax benefit also expires when the lease is terminated.
Of course you may, just make sure that this is done before the specified date when the lease is terminated. After that, it is in fact no longer possible.
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
